During our cooking class you will be introduced to the regional gastronomy of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur which is very different from the rest of France because of it's Mediterranean influence that brings a variety of dishes using hot spices and different types of seafood.
We gather in front of the market at 09.30 am. During our market visit we will choose and buy our gorgeous local ingredients for the preparation of the lunch.
